Rangefinder Test Roll

I recently purchased a Sekonik 308s light meter, which has opened up possibilities for me, like shooting with vintage, meterless cameras. These vintage cameras create unique styles that can’t be replicated. This dyptic was shot with a 1950’s Bolsey B2 rangefinder camera.

More images and talk of the rangefinder inside..

Vintage cameras are a lot of fun to shoot with, and their results have a cool-factor to them that I’m infatuated with.

Regarding the dyptic above, this was shot wide open at f/3.2, and taken probably 15 minutes apart. They weren’t intended to be part of a dyptic, but after I developed the film, I really liked the way they worked together.

Here are a couple more shots from the Bolsey to give you an idea of how small and fun this camera is.
